Starter:

Gin cured Kenmare salmon, pickled heirloom carrot, compressed cucumber, radish, shallot, Guinness brown bread crisp, coriander cress

Mains:

Charred Golden Vale beef sirloin steak, dauphinoise potato croquette, confit carrot, roast asparagus, marrow and red wine jus

Dessert:

Rich chocolate delice, salted caramel, caramelized hazelnut, praline cream

Freshly brewed Tea & Roasted Coffee

Update 27/08/18: Doors open at the Mansion House from 7pm, with Dinner at 8pm.
